FAQs

Ordering & Logistics

How far in advance do we need to place our corporate catering order?

We recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation of our market-fresh ingredients. For large corporate events or holiday parties (50+ guests), booking 1 to 2 weeks early is ideal. Need a last-minute office lunch? Give us a call at 647.567.8234, and we'll do our best to accommodate!

Is there a minimum guest count for taco bar catering?

Yes, our build-your-own Taco Bar packages have a 50-person minimum. For smaller team meetings or executive lunches, we offer individual boxed taco meals—just ask us for details when requesting a quote.

How is the taco bar set up and delivered?

We handle the setup so you don't have to! Your taco bar arrives hot, fresh, and ready to serve in insulated, professional catering containers with serving utensils included.
We can set up drop-off catering directly in your office kitchen/boardroom, or provide full-service catering staff for larger company events.

Menu & Dietary Needs

How do you handle dietary restrictions and allergies?

Tacos are the ultimate crowd-pleaser because they're naturally customizable! We offer a range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. All proteins, toppings, and signature salsas are labeled clearly so your team members with dietary preferences or allergies can build their meal with total confidence.

What is included in a Uno Dos Tacoz Corporate Taco Bar?

Every taco bar comes fully stocked for a complete meal! Standard packages include your choice of 2-3 proteins or veggie fillings, fresh warm tortillas, topped with our signature salsas, house-made toppings, crisp sides, and our signature Yamamole Dip with house tortilla chips.

What makes Uno Dos Tacoz different from standard lunch catering?

Ditch the soggy sandwich platters! We bring an interactive, farm-to-tortilla experience straight to your workplace. From our unique sweet potato-based Yamamole to our small-batch salsas and locally sourced ingredients, your team gets a fresh, premium lunch that actually boosts office morale.
